According to China Central Television, on May 23, the China Red Cross Society activated a third-level emergency response and allocated an additional 7,000 relief items, including family relief packages and blankets, to flood-affected regions in Hunan Province. The organization has now cumulatively dispatched 10,500 relief items to support affected residents in the area.
