China Securities Regulator Approves Zhenqu Technology Hong Kong IPO with 35.2M Shares on July 24

According to filings released by China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 24, Zhenqu Technology has received approval for its Hong Kong IPO with plans to issue up to 35.2 million shares on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Additionally, 56 shareholders of the electric control solutions provider will convert a combined 167.4 million onshore unlisted shares into offshore-listed shares, enabling full circulation on HKEx. CITIC Securities and Guotai Haotong serve as joint sponsors. Zhenqu supplies electric drive control solutions for new energy vehicles, with its controllers ranking among China's leading solutions by sales revenue.
