China Urges ICC to Conduct Libya Work Objectively and Fairly on May 22

According to CCTV News, China's deputy UN envoy Sun Lei urged the International Criminal Court to conduct its work objectively and fairly during a UN Security Council review of the ICC's Libya matters on May 22. Sun called on the court to strictly perform its duties in accordance with facts and law, ensure procedures comply with fundamental principles of international criminal justice, and continue respecting Libya's judicial sovereignty.
