China's Hog Prices Fall 2% in Early May at 9.6 Yuan per Kg

According to China's National Bureau of Statistics, hog prices (hybrid breed) reached 9.6 yuan per kilogram in early May 2026, down 2% from late April. The bureau's monitoring of 50 important production materials showed 26 products gained in price, 21 declined, and 3 remained unchanged during the period.
