China's Ministry of Finance Conducts Inspections of 15 Asset Evaluation Firms, Penalizes 4 in 2025

According to China's Ministry of Finance official announcement on May 21, the ministry conducted executive quality inspections of 15 asset evaluation firms providing securities services in 2025. Based on the inspection results, the ministry imposed administrative penalties on 4 evaluation firms and 12 asset evaluators; additionally, 7 firms and 13 evaluators received industry self-regulatory sanctions.
