According to China's Supreme Court, the court will deeply research judicial rules for virtual currency and cross-border financial cases, and will soon formulate civil compensation judicial interpretations related to insider trading and market manipulation, according to Liu Guixiang, a deputy ministerial-level commissioner of the Supreme Court's Adjudication Committee, speaking at a State Council News Office briefing on May 27. The move aims to safeguard the stable operation of the capital market and protect the legitimate rights of retail investors.
