China's Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu Visits US, July 22-23

Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu visited the United States on July 22-23, meeting with U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Randy and senior National Security Council advisor on Asia Christopher Canapi, as well as Deputy Defense Secretary Kolby. Ma also engaged with members of Congress and exchanged views on implementing consensus between the two countries' leaders and advancing a constructive strategic stability relationship between China and the United States.
