Citadel Seeks to Intervene in Susquehanna Insider Trading Case Today

According to Bloomberg, today (July 6) Citadel Securities is seeking to join Pennsylvania's insider trading lawsuit against Susquehanna International Group (SIG) and its former traders as an injured party. Citadel claims it sustained losses from the alleged insider trading activity in U.S. equities and options markets and seeks court approval in New York to protect its recovery rights. The case accuses SIG's former employees of trading multiple stocks using non-public information.
