CoinList Launches Passage, On-Chain Capital Market Infrastructure for Tokenized Assets

According to PANews, on May 15, CoinList announced the launch of Passage, an on-chain capital market infrastructure designed as an "access layer" for tokenized assets. Passage aims to provide compliant distribution, capital access, allocation, and infrastructure support as tokenized stocks, funds, yield products, and pre-IPO assets migrate onto blockchain networks. CoinList noted that despite the shift toward tokenization, fragmentation among issuers, blockchains, and regulatory frameworks remains, adding that "tokenizing assets does not automatically ensure effective distribution."

Since 2017, CoinList has facilitated over $1.2 billion in asset distributions across more than 160 countries. The new platform will connect issuers, platforms, and investors to enable large-scale on-chain circulation of tokenized assets.
