CoinShares Reports $7.4 Billion AUM in First Annual Filing Since Nasdaq Listing

According to CoinShares' first annual report since its Nasdaq listing this month, the European crypto asset manager recorded gross assets under management of $7.4 billion and full-year revenue of $165.7 million in 2025. Asset management revenue reached $126.4 million, up 13% from $111.7 million in 2024. However, net income declined to $114.3 million from $162.4 million in the prior year, primarily due to a one-time $36.8 million FTX claim gain recorded in 2024 and lower unrealised pricing differentials. Capital markets revenue fell to $73.1 million from $82.7 million, though underlying performance improved 6.9% year-on-year excluding non-operational items. Operating expenses decreased 2.9% to $70.7 million, with the firm holding $481.3 million in available capital.
