Congo Reports 901+ Suspected Ebola Cases With 220 Deaths on May 25

According to WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on May 25, Congo (DRC) has reported over 901 suspected Ebola cases with 220 suspected deaths in the latest outbreak. Additionally, 101 confirmed cases have been recorded, with 10 confirmed deaths. Ghebreyesus stated that response efforts are being urgently scaled up but the spread rate currently exceeds the response capacity.
