Cue Raises $5 Million for AI Customer Service Platform Development

According to Cue, the AI customer service platform announced a $5 million primary funding round today, co-led by Knife Capital and FAM Investments. The capital will support product development, international expansion, and deeper investment in voice, security and enterprise integrations. Cue currently serves more than 500 companies across the UK and South Africa in automotive, retail, insurance, finance and education sectors, with annualized revenue growth exceeding 160% and handling over 500 million messages and conversations annually.
