Gate News message, April 28 — According to Qichacha data, DeepSeek (Hangzhou Deepseek AI Basic Technology Research Co., Ltd.) increased its registered capital from 10 million yuan to 15 million yuan. Founder Liang Wenfeng’s registered capital contribution rose from 1 million yuan to 5.1 million yuan, with his shareholding increasing from 1% to 34%.
Reports have suggested that DeepSeek may be launching its first external financing round, with Tencent Holdings and Alibaba Group potentially participating in the investment.
