According to Galaxy Research on X, the Digital Chamber, a cryptocurrency advocacy group, submitted a second amicus brief to the New York Supreme Court on July 7 opposing ownership claims to 39,069 dormant Bitcoin addresses. Anonymous claimants including one using the alias "Noah Doe" seek to establish ownership of the addresses and their assets, arguing they constitute abandoned property.
