According to CFTC data, global traders' bullish positioning on the U.S. dollar reached nearly $40 billion as of the week ended June 30, marking the highest level since 2015. Federal Reserve Board member Christopher Waller stated the central bank will not maintain deliberately low interest rates to help the U.S. government finance its fiscal deficit.
