ESMA Adds 15 Crypto Asset Service Providers to MiCA List, Including BNY Mellon's Belgian Subsidiary

According to ChainCatcher, ESMA updated its temporary MiCA registration list on Friday (July 25), adding 15 licensed crypto asset service providers (CASPs), bringing the total to 309 entities. The new additions included BNY Mellon's Belgian subsidiary BNY SA/NV, along with digital asset platforms BitPay, Coinify, and Bleap. The additions comprised 4 banking institutions, with 3 from Germany. Germany and Denmark each added 3 CASPs, Bulgaria and Latvia each added 2, while Belgium, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, and the Netherlands each added 1.
