According to Ethereum Korea, on July 6, the organization released a Korean-language version of the Ethereum guide for governments and institutions in collaboration with the Ethereum Foundation's GPS (Government and Policy Steward) initiative. The guide is designed to help policy experts and institutional stakeholders understand Ethereum's core concepts, including how public blockchains operate, smart contracts, tokens, stablecoins, decentralized finance, and real-world asset applications. The release aims to reduce information gaps regarding Ethereum and blockchain technology among Korean government and institutional actors, supporting more informed regulatory and institutional engagement with Ethereum as public and financial infrastructure rather than purely speculative assets.
