FalconX Secretly Files S-1 IPO Application With SEC, Enlists Cantor Fitzgerald as Advisor

According to BlockBeats, on May 29, crypto trading and brokerage firm FalconX secretly filed an S-1 draft registration statement with the U.S. SEC, enlisting Cantor Fitzgerald and other investment banks to advise on its IPO. The company expects to advance the listing process later this year, contingent on market conditions. FalconX, founded in 2018, provides digital asset trading, liquidity, clearing, and credit services to hedge funds, asset managers, and market makers. The firm raised $150 million in a Series D round in 2022 at an $8 billion valuation.
