According to CME FedWatch, the Federal Reserve has a 93.8% probability of holding rates steady in June 2026, with a 6.2% chance of a 25 basis point cut. For July, the probability of maintaining current rates stands at 88.8%, with a 10.8% probability of a cumulative 25 basis point reduction and a 0.3% probability of a 50 basis point cut.
