Five AI Models Show Satoshi Identity Split: Estimates Range 45%-70% for Solo Creator

Bitcoin.com tested five leading AI models—Grok 4.3, Claude Fable 5, ChatGPT 5.6 Sol, Gemini Pro, and Kimi K26—on July 14 with a Bayesian framework to assess whether Satoshi Nakamoto was a sole individual or a coordinated group. Results revealed a 25-point spread, undercutting any AI consensus. Kimi K26 favored a group scenario at 50% versus 45% solo, while Gemini Pro projected 70% for a sole individual. ChatGPT 5.6 Sol, Grok 4.3, and Claude Fable clustered near 50-50, treating it as essentially a coin flip. All five models converged on identical evidence pillars: consistent writing voice and coding style across Bitcoin's whitepaper and original codebase, yet disagreed sharply on how much weight those factors carried against the project's broad multidisciplinary scope.
