According to a post to X on Thursday, former Ethereum Foundation developer Dankrad Feist proposed creating a new organization with at least $1 billion in funding designed to help advocate for Ethereum. Feist called for competent leadership and a board held more accountable to the community, with the organization tasked in part with making Ethereum's price rise. He pointed out that the Ethereum Foundation currently holds less than 0.1% of all ETH and receives no flow of staking or fee revenues.
