Futu Holdings Faces U.S. Shareholder Class Action Lawsuit Over Securities Fraud Allegations

According to Caixin, Futu Holdings and its executives Li Hua (founder, chairman and CEO) and Chen Yu (CFO) were sued by shareholders on July 15 in U.S. federal court in New York's Southern District. The lawsuit alleges violations of the 1934 Securities Exchange Act regarding securities fraud and control person liability in connection with filings and disclosures submitted to the SEC.
