Galaxy Completes Phase I of Helios Campus, Delivers 133 MW to CoreWeave Under 15-Year Agreement

Galaxy Digital has completed Phase I of its Helios campus in West Texas and begun earning lease revenue by delivering 133 MW of critical IT load to CoreWeave, according to company announcement. Lease payments commenced in Q2 2026 under a 15-year agreement with two five-year extension options. CoreWeave has committed to 526 MW across the campus's first three phases, with Galaxy projecting average annual revenue exceeding $1 billion over the 15-year lease terms. Phase II development is underway, with the company expecting to begin delivering 260 MW in the first half of 2027.
