According to Ukrainian sources, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius arrived in Kyiv on May 11 to advance joint weapons production cooperation, with a focus on long-range drone development. Pistorius stated that Germany intends to establish a new joint venture with Ukraine and provide support to Ukrainian research personnel.
Germany also aims to learn from Ukraine’s military combat experience to deepen bilateral defense cooperation.
