Goldman Sachs Launches Three-Part Dollar Bond Offering After Record Stock Trading Quarter

According to Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs on Tuesday announced record stock trading revenues and launched a three-part dollar bond offering with maturities ranging from 6 to 31 years. The investment-grade bonds carry an initial price guidance of approximately 135 basis points above U.S. Treasury yields.

The bank's stock trading revenue reached a three-quarter high, with a single quarter's earnings exceeding the entire 2019 annual total for the business.
