Grayscale Files Hyperliquid Staking ETF with 0.29% Fee, Lower Than Bitwise BHYP and 21Shares THYP

According to The Block, Grayscale filed an amended S-1 registration statement with the SEC on Monday (May 31) for its Hyperliquid Staking ETF (ticker: HYPG) with a management fee of 0.29%, undercutting competing offerings including Bitwise's BHYP (0.34% after first-month promotion) and 21Shares' THYP (0.3%).

Bloomberg Intelligence ETF analyst James Seyffart expects the fund to launch this week. Hyperliquid's native token HYPE has a market cap of approximately $16.1 billion, ranking it among the top ten cryptocurrencies globally.
