According to its SEC filing, Grayscale is negotiating to exchange 2 million HYPE tokens (worth approximately $115 million as of Thursday) for shares in its proposed Hyperliquid ETF, with talks ongoing with Hyper Holdings Global LP.

The fund will be renamed Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF and trade under the Nasdaq ticker HYPG. Earlier this month, 21Shares and Bitwise Investments launched their own HYPE-based ETFs, with strong early inflows boosting the HYPE token above $60 per token.
