According to Xcela, Hana Financial TI, XRPL Korea, and Xcela completed a proof-of-concept (PoC) for a Korean won-based stablecoin on April 30. The validation tested the issuance, circulation management, cross-chain asset transfers, and settlement structures in a real financial institution environment. The PoC also verified control functions including transaction restrictions, asset recovery capabilities, and supply management features required by financial institutions.
