According to Tianyancha, Hangzhou Bank recently underwent corporate registration changes, increasing its registered capital from approximately 5.93 billion yuan to 7.25 billion yuan, representing a 22% increase. The bank, founded in 1996, is jointly held by the Hangzhou Finance Bureau, Red Lion Holding Group, and Hangzhou City Construction Investment Group.
