Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index Rises 0.98% to 25,207 Points on July 27 as U.S.-Iran Tensions Ease

According to Zhitong Finance, Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index rose 0.98% or 243.95 points to 25,207.18 points on July 27 as U.S.-Iran military tensions temporarily eased over the weekend. Daily trading volume reached 210.5 billion Hong Kong dollars. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index gained 1.14% to 8,365.38 points, while the Hang Seng Tech Index climbed 1.57% to 4,702.05 points. U.S. oil prices fell sharply, with Brent crude futures trading near $85 per barrel, lifting aviation stocks including China Southern Airlines, Air China, and China Eastern Airlines, each rising over 5%.
