Huanghe Whirlwind to Invest 300M Yuan in Synthetic Diamond Project in Emin County on May 8

According to Huanghe Whirlwind’s board resolution on May 8, the company will establish a subsidiary in Emin County and invest 300 million yuan to build an annual production capacity of 450 million carats of synthetic diamond project. The project is part of a cooperation framework with China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN) and Emin County government. CGN will provide 100 million yuan in industrial support services to fund the project.
