According to Hunan Gold announcement on May 25, subsidiary New Long Mining resumes production on May 26 following a safety shutdown initiated after an April 25 roof collapse accident that claimed one employee life. The production halt is estimated to reduce the company's net profit by approximately 40 million yuan for the period.
