Hyperliquid Address Reactivated After 4 Months, Opens 40x Long on 12,902 ETH With Liquidation Just $40 Away

According to BlockBeats citing Hyperinsight monitoring, a Hyperliquid address inactive for 4 months was reactivated on May 29, receiving approximately $1.1 million in fresh funds. The address immediately opened a 40x leveraged long position on 12,902 ETH worth roughly $25.8 million.

The position is currently down $130,000 (-12.8%), with an entry price of $2,011 and liquidation price at $1,966. The current price stands less than $40 above the liquidation level, making it the closest-to-liquidation among major ETH whale positions in this size range.
