Ingenium Therapeutics Launches IPO on July 30-31; Neoview Re-lists on KOSDAQ

According to Korean financial market sources, U.S. biotech firm Ingenium Therapeutics launched public stock subscription on July 30-31, aiming to raise approximately KRW 60 billion. The company develops kidney disease treatments based on antibody technology that protects and restores microvasculature. Its lead candidate MK-8748, a wet age-related macular degeneration treatment acquired by Merck through EyeBio, is currently in global Phase 2b/3 trials. Separately, Neoview, a vehicle display specialist spun off from KOSDAQ-listed Tobis, re-listed on KOSDAQ on July 27 following the corporate split.
