According to Iran's Intelligence Ministry statement reported by CCTV, Iranian security forces in Sistan-Baluchestan province dismantled 4 militant extremist groups and arrested 19 suspects on May 19. The ministry said the suspects were identified and apprehended before carrying out planned operations. Tehran claimed the detainees were "under direct command of the United States and Israel."
