Iran Summons UK Ambassador to Protest 'Baseless' Accusations on July 9

According to Jin10, Iran's Foreign Ministry summoned the UK ambassador on July 9 to lodge a formal protest against what it called false and unfounded allegations from British officials. Ali Issa, Iran's deputy foreign minister and head of the West Europe Office, delivered a written protest to the British ambassador. Iran said the accusations, including claims that Iran attempted to conduct harmful activities in the UK, were baseless efforts by Britain to shift blame and deflect from its own violations of international law.
