According to Iranian Students News Agency, Iran’s Supreme Leader Mujtaba was wounded on the first day of the U.S. and Israeli military operations against Iran on May 18. An Iranian Health Ministry official said the injuries were not severe. Mujtaba sustained multiple wounds and was hospitalized for suture treatment, including a leg wound, but suffered no facial disfigurement or limb amputation, the ministry stated.
