ISM Services Employment Index Breaks 50 in June for First Time in 4 Months, Rises to 51.2

According to the Institute for Supply Management (ISM), the U.S. services sector employment index rose to 51.2 in June, breaking above the 50 threshold for the first time in four months. The price index declined to 67.7 from 71.3 in May, marking the first monthly decrease in four months despite remaining at elevated levels overall.
