Jiechuang Intelligence to Raise $290M on June 30 for AI Cloud and Security Projects

According to Security Times, Jiechuang Intelligence announced on June 30 plans to raise up to 2 billion yuan ($290 million) through an A-share issuance to no more than 35 investors. The proceeds will fund an intelligent computing cloud service center project (1.5 billion yuan, or $218 million) and AI security equipment for public security applications including robot dogs and low-altitude defense systems (135 million yuan, or $19.9 million), with the remainder allocated to working capital.
