Kaiko Acquires Cometh, Gains MiCA-Compliant DeFi Infrastructure Capabilities

According to Kaiko's official announcement, the digital asset market data and analytics provider has acquired Cometh, a European decentralized finance infrastructure provider holding MiCA and CASP licenses. The acquisition integrates data, analytics, indices, and on-chain infrastructure capabilities, combined with Cometh's smart contract engineering expertise.

Following the completion, Kaiko will establish a unified infrastructure spanning BMR-authorized indices, MiCA-compliant products, oracle services, and on-chain execution capabilities. Cometh holds a MiCA and CASP license issued by France's AMF and maintains ISO 27001:2022 certification.
