According to Edaily, Kosdaq-listed companies have faced correction requests on 40% of secondary offering registration statements filed this year as of June 6, with 17 out of 42 submissions requiring amendments as regulators tighten investor protection scrutiny on fund usage and financial risks.
Agent AI and Hanul Semiconductor each received three correction requests, while multiple other companies including Neuromeka and Toolgen faced two rounds of amendments. Delayed corrections are pushing back funding timelines: Agent AI remains unable to submit follow-up filings since its initial March 26 submission, Hanul Semiconductor postponed subscription and listing dates from July 20 and July 31 to September 11 and September 28 respectively, and Sangji Construction extended its schedule by over a month.
