According to BlockBeats, on May 31, former Multicoin co-founder Kyle Samani challenged Hyperliquid to launch a U.S.-compliant front-end, betting it cannot do so in the near term. A community member countered with a $1 million wager, predicting Hyperliquid could achieve this within three years. Samani rejected the three-year timeframe, suggesting Hyperliquid might instead acquire a DCO (Derivatives Clearing Organization) and DCM (Designated Contract Market) to establish Hyperliquid US, similar to Polymarket's compliance model.
