Luk Fook Holdings Reports Q1 Retail Sales Up 32% YoY; Gold Product Revenue Jumps 43%

According to Guzhan Finance APP, Luk Fook Holdings (00590) reported that overall retail sales for Q1 2026 (ending June 30) rose 32% year-over-year, while retail revenue increased 43% year-over-year. Gold and platinum products accounted for 82% of total retail value, up 6 percentage points, driven by surging precious metal product sales. Same-store sales grew 39%, with gold product sales by weight climbing 50% despite international gold prices rising 37% per ounce; same-store sales volume growth turned positive to 13%. Priced jewelry products posted 14% same-store growth, with priced gold items up 34% and 18K gold diamond products down 17%.
