Macquarie's DCK Investment Launches Tender Offer for Gabia at 48,000 Won Per Share, Up 41.6% on July 20

According to Yonhapinfomax, on July 20, DCK Investment, a subsidiary of Macquarie Asset Management, launched a public tender offer for KOSDAQ-listed Gabia at 48,000 won per share. The bid is 41.6% higher than the previous trading day's closing price of 33,900 won and 56% above the one-month weighted average stock price. The tender offer targets approximately 9.805 million shares (73.1% of issued shares), with a minimum purchase threshold of 3.267 million shares (24.3%). The offer period runs through September 17, with settlement scheduled for September 21. DCK Investment separately agreed on July 17 to acquire 3.27 million shares (24.4%) held by Gabia co-representative Kim Hong-guk and related parties at the same price, totaling approximately 1.57 trillion won. The company plans to delist Gabia following the acquisition.
