mETH Protocol Halts cmETH Operations, Reward Claims Window Closes November 7

According to BlockBeats, mETH Protocol announced on May 7 that it will cease operations of its liquid restaking token cmETH, while other products continue normally. The cmETH minting function was shut down on May 7, 2026. The protocol will complete final EigenLayer reward distributions by mid-June 2026, with the reward claim window closing on November 7, 2026. Existing positions remain unaffected, and unstaking and bridging functions remain open.
