Morgan Stanley Recommends Buying Japanese 10-Year Bonds at 3% Yield Level

According to Morgan Stanley, reported by Bloomberg, the bank recommends buying Japanese 10-year government bonds as yields approach 3%, according to Matthew Hornbach, head of global macro strategy. At a 3% nominal yield with an assumed baseline inflation rate of 1%, the real interest rate would reach 2%, Hornbach said.
