Nason Intelligent Technology Passes Hong Kong Stock Exchange Mainboard Listing Hearing on July 26

According to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing disclosures on July 26, Nason Intelligent Technology (浙江) Co., Ltd. passed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange mainboard listing hearing, with Haitong International and Bank of China International as joint sponsors. According to Frost & Sullivan, Nason is among the top three domestic independent third-party wire-controlled braking solution providers in China by 2025 sales volume.

The prospectus shows the company generated revenue of approximately RMB 615 million in 2025, with a net loss of RMB 190 million for the same period. Nason focuses on providing mission-critical wire-controlled braking solutions for autonomous driving, integrating fully proprietary control algorithms, software, and hardware.
