According to an official announcement on May 31, Navi Index ETF disclosed that its secondary market trading price has significantly exceeded the fund's net asset value per share. On May 29, the closing price reached 2.122 yuan compared to the fund's reference NAV of 1.9329 yuan, representing a premium of approximately 9.8%. The fund warned investors that if the premium does not narrow significantly by June 1, it may request trading suspension as a risk alert. Investors face both fund share value fluctuation risks and market supply-demand factors.
