Nextdc raised its fiscal 2026 capital expenditure forecast by A$300 million (US$215 million) to accelerate inventory and equipment purchases for the S4 project. As of March 31, the company's contracted utilization reached 667 megawatts, representing approximately 60% growth from end-December 2025, while the S4 site is designed for a total capacity of 350 megawatts.
