NPT 11th Review Conference Concludes on May 22 Without Consensus on Outcome Documents

According to CCTV News, the 11th Review Conference of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) concluded on May 22 without reaching consensus on outcome documents. Conference President Duong Chinh Vu stated that four versions of draft documents were presented during negotiations, each revised according to states parties' input, but despite maximum efforts, conditions for agreement were not met. The conference ran from April 27 to May 22.
